News 18 | 19th Annual Summit of IBGC in Sao Paulo (Brazil)

On October 1-2, 2018, the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Directors (IBGC) hosted its 19th Annual Summit themed “Governance Ecosystems: Innovation and Legacy” bringing together over 800 practitioners and corporate governance market players from Brazil and abroad, to share their experiences and debate domestic and international corporate governance matters.

Evan Epstein spoke on two different topics at this conference: 1) the Silicon Valley (governance) ecosystem, and 2) the rise and effects of multi-class share structures in the technology industry since Google’s IPO in 2004.
