News 24 | Board Training in Colombia

On Sept 26, 2019, Evan Epstein, the Founder and Managing Partner of Pacifica Global, participated in a board training for “Grupo Energía Bogotá” (GEB), a Latin American multinational leading company in the sector of electrical power and natural gas with presence in Colombia, Peru, Guatemala and Brazil.

With over 120 years of trajectory, GEB is focused on the generation, transmission, distribution and commercialization of electrical power, as well as the transportation and distribution of natural gas.

The training was done in conjunction with leading Colombian business school CESA and the Colombian Institute of Corporate Governance.

Latin American multinational companies are increasingly taking corporate governance seriously, a trend that Pacifica Global is fully supportive of, more so when cross-border issues may arise involving U.S. corporate governance matters and/or future or innovative board practices.
