Founder & Managing Partner
Evan M. Epstein is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pacifica Global.
Before founding Pacifica Global in 2017, Mr. Epstein was the Executive Director of the Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock Center for Corporate Governance, a joint initiative between Stanford Law School and the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. In such role he created, led and supported a broad portfolio of executive education programs for corporate directors and senior executives. He also lectured, researched and wrote about corporate governance for private and public companies.
Mr. Epstein is also been a Professor at the Law Faculty of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 2011, where he teaches a class on "Global Corporate Governance and Business Strategy".
In addition to his academic endeavors, Mr. Epstein has been a corporate governance advisor to public and private companies and has been retained as an expert for corporate governance related litigation both in the U.S. and abroad.
Prior to joining Stanford’s Rock Center in 2009, Evan was the Chief Operating Officer at a high-tech business incubator and consulting firm, facilitating the transfer, development and commercialization of technologies and fostering the growth of early-stage high-tech companies. Prior, he was an associate at a leading Chilean corporate law firm and a trainee with Allen & Overy’s Latin America Projects Group in Paris, France.
Evan holds a JD (equivalent) from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree in Corporate Governance and Practice from Stanford Law School. In addition, he was part of the exchange program “Cycle du Diplome” at Sciences-Po in Paris, France.
Evan is a member of the State Bar of California and the Chilean Bar.
